Who would doubt it: Poroshenko ran to complain to the UN

Ukraine intends to appeal to the UN over the situation in the Sea of Azov.
The permanent representative of Ukraine to the UN, Vladimir Yelchenko, announced this on his Twitter page.
“On instructions from the president of the country, we urgently appeal to the UN Security Council,” Yelchenko wrote.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Navy reported shelling and seizure of its vessels by Russian border guards.
