“Whoever has not been to Grozny does not live, but exists” - Kadyrov calls for the New Year
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, invited Russian tourists to Grozny for the New Year.

"New Years is soon! Everyone is waiting for him, making plans! Where to go, where to meet, how to spend?! And I offer the best option! The city of Grozny is waiting for you, Chechnya is waiting, our mountains are waiting! You won't find a better or more beautiful place! We will be glad to see you on the New Year’s weekend and holidays in the most beautiful city on earth – Grozny!” – Kadyrov wrote on his Facebook.
The post is accompanied by a video of Kadyrov walking through a winter city colored with lights, filmed on his mobile phone. “Whoever has not been to Grozny does not live, but exists,” Kadyrov says in the video.
