Protesters interrupted the quiz competition “Who knows the constitution better,” dedicated to the Constitution Day of Ukraine and the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU.
The protest action was accompanied by the traditional chants of “Glory to Ukraine - glory to the heroes!”, “Putin is f..lo!” and other revolutionary slogans of Ukrainians.
Then the protesters galloped a little to distinguish themselves from the mass of ridiculed Vesti readers.
Some Vesti readers tried to speak out in support of their newspaper, but they failed to convince their opponents.
Opponents of the newspaper smashed and trampled the prizes that the presenter was presenting to the winners of the competition.
The presenter tried to find a common language with the protesters, talking about freedom of speech and the right to protest.
However, the Maidan workers eventually forced their way to the entrance to the editorial office using violence and tore down the newspaper’s flag, although the police resisted for some time.
Supporters of European integration left the battlefield carrying the flag as a trophy.
