This is stated on the official page of the Verkhovna Rada.
Thus, a total of 207 people’s deputies supported the bill “On Amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine regarding the harmonization of legislation in the field of preventing and combating discrimination with the law of the European Union (No. 3).”
Among the people’s representatives who voted against there was one representative of the “Popular Front” - Igor Guz; two representatives of the “Radical Party” - Oleg Kuprienko and the son of the UPA commander Yuri Shukhevych; three representatives from the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” – Oleg Barna, Sergei Kaplin and Alexander Sugonyako; and 11 representatives of the “Opposition Bloc” - including oligarch Vadim Novinsky.
In addition, 8 non-factional deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expressed their vote against the adoption of this bill - nationalist Svoboda activists Yuri Bublik, Yuri Levchenko, Andrei Ilyenko, as well as ex-regional representative from Odessa Sergei Kivalov
It is worth noting that 3442 people’s representatives voted for bill No. 207. It is also important that 110 people’s deputies were absent from the meeting.
The number of those who were present but did not vote was 77 deputies, and 31 abstained.
Thus, no decision was made on the bill.
As you know, the adoption of this law was one of the EU requirements with which the prospect of providing Ukraine with a visa-free regime with the EU was linked.
