The Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, expressed support for the victims of the explosion in Kerch and promised all possible assistance.

“A big tragedy in Kerch. God forbid anyone! Kuban is with you. Our doctors are ready to provide the necessary assistance, including sending air ambulance helicopters,” Kondratyev wrote on his VKontakte page.
