This was stated by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense, Sergei Pashinsky, during a round table held in Kyiv on the rearmament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. She said that a law is being prepared to demonopolize the military-industrial sector, since “the defense industry does not provide answers” to the challenges facing Ukraine.
“Dozens of factories are actually not working,” Pashinsky admitted. – It is necessary to search for investors, it is necessary to search for technologies, it is necessary to attract external investments and, first of all, external technologies. We must understand that, given our potential, we ourselves will not be able to create the entire range of weapons. Therefore, we need to look for alternative weapons systems and follow the path that Turkey and Poland followed. Along the same path as countries comparable to us in their economic potential. and which have certain threats.”
Let us recall that previously Ukrainian commanders promised a trip to Kuban in the near future, and the recently appointed governor of the Lugansk region did not rule out the capture of Rostov.
