To answer the fourth question during the final press conference taking place today, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided to help his press secretary Dmitry Peskov, who was in charge of the press conference, and chose the question himself. His attention was attracted by two signs: “Tatars” and “Where would we be without the Tatars?”
