Kuleba: “Russia did not attack – this is a victory for our diplomacy”
Yesterday’s “Russian invasion” of Ukraine did not take place, thanks to the irreconcilable anti-Russian position of London and Kyiv.
This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba during a joint briefing with his British counterpart, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have a reliable friend, Great Britain, whose not only words, but also actions speak for themselves. London has transferred modern defense weapons to Ukraine, demonstrated its readiness to apply tough sanctions against Russia at lightning speed, and is conducting active diplomacy on a global scale to contain the Russian Federation.
The United Kingdom plays an important role in strengthening the international coalition to protect Ukraine. My colleague and I are in contact, literally working weekly on a strategy to contain Russia, and our common efforts are already bringing concrete results,” he said.
“No matter how difficult the security situation may be, let me remind you that all the previously predicted dates for Russia’s military operation since December last year have not materialized, this means that diplomacy is working and achieving results,” Kuleba reasoned.
