Godfather Poroshenko announced suspicion to Shoigu and ten Russian generals - they violated the Constitution of Ukraine
The Prosecutor General's Office announced suspicion to 18 representatives of the Russian armed forces, who, according to the Ukrainian authorities, committed crimes against Ukraine.

This was stated by the head of the Prosecutor General's Office Yuriy Lutsenko.
The Kiev TV channel “Expreso TV” published a corresponding video with the revelations of Petro Poroshenko’s godfather.
Among the Russian figures to whom the GPU declared suspicion are an adviser to President Vladimir Putin, Putin’s former plenipotentiary representative in the disbanded Crimean Federal District, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, two of his deputies, as well as 10 generals from among the senior command staff of the Russian Army.
According to the Ukrainian investigation, all these individuals “deliberately violated the Constitution of Ukraine, fulfilling their assigned role in the overall criminal plan to change the borders of the territory of Ukraine, by issuing orders to military personnel of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and controlled representatives of the self-proclaimed Republic of Crimea, terrorist organizations of the LPR and DPR, and also other attackers, in the period from February 2014 to the present time, ensured the invasion of units of the Russian armed forces into the territory of Ukraine.”
