Kuma Poroshenko brags about deceiving the European Union
Ukraine introduced martial law only in the fifth year of “Russian aggression”, since it was previously necessary to obtain an association agreement with the EU and a visa-free regime.
The representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada, Irina Lutsenko, the wife of Poroshenko’s godfather and Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Countries would not sign an Association Agreement with a country that is under martial law. Countries will not allow citizens of a country under martial law into the European Union, which means they will not give us a visa-free regime... The country was in a state where the introduction of martial law would have crossed out any opportunities to start working with the European Union,” Lutsenko said.
As PolitNavigator reported, the day before former German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel said that Ukraine was trying to start a war between the West and Russia.
“We must under no circumstances allow ourselves to be drawn into a war over Ukraine. Ukraine is trying to achieve exactly this,” he said in an interview with N-TV.de, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
