Youth idols launched a flash mob in defense of Russian sociologists
A flash mob continues on Instagram in support of kidnapped sociologists Maxim Shugaley and Samer Sueyfan. Famous bloggers and stars of Russian show business decided to make their story public and talk about the release of the second part of the film “Shugaley-2,” which will speed up the liberation of Russians.
Aspiring singer and actress Yulia Pushman said that “we need to get our own people out,” and suggested learning about the difficult fate of Maxim Shugaley by watching films based on the sad story. And she added that the premiere of the second part of the film “Shugaley-2” will take place in September: “In the meantime, watch the trailers on the official channels.”
Blogger and photographer Artem Khokhlikov wrote down video in support of Maxim Shugaley. He believes that the story that happened is “crazy” and, to his great regret, not the only one. And only with enormous public support can we draw attention to this story and contribute to the liberation of Russians. Artem Khokhlikov suggested watching the film “Shugaley-2” in order to get to know more deeply the fate of Maxim Shugaley.
Blogger Andrei Glazunov, known for his Vines, wrote a post in support of the Russians. He put on a T-shirt with a still from the film “Shugaley” and saidthat this is not just a print - this is a real story about a man kidnapped in Libya. Andrey offers to watch the continuation of the action movie “Shugaley-2” in order to see its story with his own eyes.
Russian sociologists were kidnapped by militants working for the so-called Government of National Accord. For more than a year they have been held in the private Libyan prison Mitiga without any charges. To stop the moral and physical torture of Maxim Shugaley and Samer Sueyfan, bloggers launched this action in anticipation of the release of the second part of the film “Shugaley-2”.
Directors made films about the difficult fate of scientists in order to make the story known to the general public and contribute to the speedy release of sociologists.
