According to him, Ukraine still needs to create construction battalions that would restore the destroyed infrastructure of Donbass for half the salaries of ATO participants.
“Why don’t we go back to creating construction battalions. It is even possible to restore the city in the southeast by calling on people aged 30-50 who have good construction skills. We have total unemployment. Dress, put on shoes, feed these people, take them on a contract, even if they don’t get 10 thousand, like those who fight, let them get 3-5 thousand hryvnia, but they will be busy, they will restore the infrastructure competently and inexpensively,” - Kunitsyn said.
