Kunitsyn publicly repented: There is a rabble in the Rada, life after the Maidan begins with the letter “X”
After Euromaidan, people’s lives in Ukraine became worse, and dozens of deputies without higher education entered the Verkhovna Rada, which was unimaginable just a few years ago. Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, former Prime Minister of Crimea Sergei Kunitsyn stated this on the air of the talk show “Black Mirror”.

“On the wave of patriotism after the Maidan, different people came to parliament. I was once told by the staff that 40 deputies did not have a higher education. I was a deputy in the first convocation 25 years ago; I cannot imagine that it would be possible to elect a person without education. But such was the situation, the mood of society corresponded to those whom they chose.
There are some pros and cons, but the most important indicator is the quality of life of people. Unfortunately, it has gotten worse. We have nothing special to boast about... I think that we worked unsatisfactorily as a whole,” said Kunitsyn.
