Kunitsyn recognized Crimea as Russian territory
A member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Sergei Kunitsin, re-registered his real estate in Crimea under Russian law. The famous Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“The deputy registered all his property according to Russian law, received Russian documents and put one of the mansions up for sale for Russian rubles. If the fugitive Ukrainian people’s deputies recognize Russian Crimea, then soon the whole world will recognize it,” Talipov wrote.
As evidence, he cited an advertisement for the sale of a mansion in the center of Simferopol with an area of 715 meters for 66 million rubles.
“Five floors, 12 luxury living rooms, 7 bathrooms, billiard room, hall, gym, winter garden, boiler room, gazebo, aviary, air conditioning, kitchen, dining room, swimming pool, sauna, terrace, 3 garages (one with a pit), finishing Venetian plaster, parquet, marble, heated floor. Large well-kept plot with buildings, 30 acres. Automatic gates, fountain, summer house, security room, rotunda, gazebo. Possible use as a hotel, exhibition hall. 1 USD + reasonable bargaining,” the ad says.
However, in discussing Talipov’s post, his Crimean colleagues pointed out that the mansion belongs to Kunitsyn’s first wife and was put up for sale back in 2013, immediately after their divorce.
“There are family squabbles there, no one will give her the whole house... They put her up in Ukraine, but now they have received Russian documents and are selling them according to Russian laws, for Russian rubles,” Talipov clarified.
