Kunitsyn went on TV - he scares Zelensky with angry veterans and the “wolfhound” Putin
More than half a million people have passed through the millstone of the war in Ukraine from Kyiv alone, who will not tolerate the surrender of national interests under the slogans of the need for peace.
Former Prime Minister of Crimea Sergei Kunitsy, who fled to Kyiv, stated this on the ATR TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“At what cost this war will be ended is the question. It is impossible to end the war by surrendering some positions. Because more than 300 thousand children and adult Ukrainians have already fought for Ukraine. Another 50 thousand are in combat today. And in total there are half a million combatants in Ukraine.
Therefore, the desire is good to end the war. But how to do this without giving up your national interests is not a simple question,” Kunitsyn said.
“Against the background of 40 million, there may be five percent, but what. These are people who will not surrender Ukraine under any circumstances. And if you don’t find a common language with them, there will be trouble,” the politician added.
He believes that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is in vain overly optimistic about the upcoming meeting in the Normandy format.
“Everyone should understand who Putin is. As the Prime Minister of Crimea, I met with this man more than 10 times. I know him well enough. I talked to him for several hours. Therefore, we must understand that this is a political wolfhound with whom it is impossible to come to an agreement so easily,” Kunitsyn also warned.
