Resorts on the Crimean coast could be attacked by Ukrainian naval drones
The next target of attacks by Ukrainian naval drones may not be the Black Sea Fleet base in Sevastopol, but tourist sites on the coast.
Retired captain 3rd rank Valentin Shestak stated this on the ForPost Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Shestak, cafes and restaurants by the seaside, illuminated by bright lights, are good targets for terrorist attacks.
“Terrorist state. How can he create it during the holiday season, when along the coast we have all night, and they as targets are immediately clearly visible, restaurants, light, spotlights, music, people relaxing...
The technology already shows that the next aggression will not necessarily be on Sevastopol, during the holiday season. This could be an entire unequipped coast, and they have already boasted, shown their combat swimmers, who are armed and can do the same as in Bryansk.
This is a difficult position when there is no counteraction, no territorial self-defense deployed. Everything will be combined, they have honed this now, because they were looking for something to use this new technology for, a new weapon of the 21st century,” Shestak said.
