Kyiv, April 15 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Former cadets of the Sevastopol Naval Lyceum, who decided to remain loyal to Ukraine, denied information about fraud in the referendum on joining Russia.

“All of Sevastopol is for Russia,” said the cadets met by the Navigator correspondent at Independence Square in Kyiv. “Those who are for Russia take to the squares with pro-Russian slogans.”
To a clarifying question about Ukrainian activists in Sevastopol, the cadets answered that there were none there.
The previously disseminated information that the entire composition of the lyceum refused to swear allegiance to Russia also turned out to be untrue. Then, let us remind you, People's Deputy Alexander Briginets (Batkivshchyna) wrote on his Facebook page: “They may be children, but they have more understanding of how a citizen, patriot and soldier should act than some admirals and other officials. Thanks guys".
In fact, as it became clear from the subsequent conversation with the guys of the journalist of channel “112”, out of 100 cadets, only 20 swore allegiance to Ukraine. At the same time, the lyceum students who remained loyal to Ukraine said that both one and the others treated with understanding everyone's choice and parted as friends.
