The press service of the Ukrainian Naval Forces reported this.
Nine cadets received the rank of lieutenant, naval cutlass and diplomas ahead of schedule, four months ahead of schedule. Young officers have been appointed to positions on ships and in military units of the Ukrainian Naval Forces.
Let us remind you that on March 21, 4th year cadets of the Sevastopol Naval Academy named after Nakhimov, while raising the tricolor of the Russian Federation, demonstratively sang the Ukrainian anthem in chorus, saluted and went to the barracks. Today's graduates on April 4, being then still 4th year cadets of the Nakhimov Naval Academy, during the relocation of the educational institution to Odessa after the reunification of Crimea with the Russian Federation, together with the command and teaching staff, cadets of other courses (a total of 103 cadets) left Sevastopol. Later, the Nakhimov Naval Academy was disbanded by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; on September 1, the cadets continued their studies at the new faculty of the naval forces of ONMA.
