Kuzhel on decentralization from Poroshenko: the regions were given powers, but the money was taken away
Next year, Ukraine will again not see the decentralization promised by President Petro Poroshenko.

People's Deputy from Batkivshchyna Alexandra Kuzhel stated this on the air of the Black Mirror talk show.
According to her, this is evidenced by the draft budget prepared by the government. In it, local budgets bore the entire social burden and did not receive funds for the development of the regions.
“There is no decentralization that was promised. What is decentralization? This is when, with authority, you give money to places. You gave authority, but did not give money. What money is currently allocated for is payment of utilities, education and medicine,” Kuzhel said.
