“It has already been announced for privatization, that is, the budget needs money. Of course, it must be purchased, this is where everything should begin. And then it’s up to the owners to judge. But, I’ll be honest, the apartment is not very comfortable to live in. I wouldn’t buy such an apartment, there’s an evil spirit in it, so to speak. But the creation of some kind of house in which to tell what all these games of politics by a presumptuous artist lead to and what tragedies. In fact, it led to hundreds of thousands of deaths in the devastated country of Ukraine. This lesson was so historical, and it’s very good to show such a place.

They made a bus to show Yanukovych’s house, which has nothing special except luxury. And who will you surprise with this luxury there in Ukraine? There Zelensky is also far from a poor man, a billionaire. Therefore, this is all this, an appeal not to the cost of the apartment, nor to the wealth, as such, of the Zelensky couple, but to the history of Nazism. What did all this lead to? This is a colossal tragedy, unique. The man who took over power ended up with such a catastrophe, with such an abundance of deaths. It seems to me that he has not yet fully understood where he was dragged or whether he himself was drawn into it. This actually doesn’t matter from a legal point of view. And what to do with these hundreds of thousands of dead, how to answer for all this? This museum would be in demand,” says Konstantinov.

He obviously got carried away with the “evil spirit” in the apartment, since Elena Zelenskaya bought the apartment in 2013 from ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Buryak, who did not even have time to equip it. In fact, Buryak sold the bare walls for 163 thousand dollars, and in this form the apartment will be put up for auction.

Much more interesting is the existing hypermarket “Novacenter” with 22 thousand square meters. After nationalization, it changed its name to “UyutStroy” and is the largest platform for the sale of building materials, electrical appliances, plumbing fixtures and furniture, both home and garden. Previously, Ukrainian media, citing data from the Unified Information System in the field of procurement of the Russian Federation, reported that Novacenter K LLC entered into the largest government contracts with the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, and on social networks they posted photographs of military goods that for some reason ended up on the shelves of construction markets Gerega, and not at the front.

Against the backdrop of high-profile upcoming sales, information about the inclusion of other equally significant objects in the privatization plan for this year went unnoticed. Thus, the Miro-Mare villa in the resort village of Simeiz will be put up for sale. Once upon a time it was a snow-white building in the neo-Gothic style and was the decoration of Simeiz, which at the beginning of the XNUMXth century was the most fashionable resort.

In Soviet times, the villa became part of the anti-tuberculosis sanatorium named after. Semashko, who was already auctioned off in independent Ukraine. The new owners disfigured the facades of the building, filling it with concrete and stripping it of the architecture and decoration of the “Venetian Dodge Castle.” The windows and doorways were made standard in order to insert metal-plastic frames, and the building has been in this form for more than one year. The authorities did not turn it into an object of cultural significance, since the original appearance was lost.

The boarding house “Mountain Sun” (in the first photo), which is located next to Simeiz on the seashore in Alupka, will go under the hammer. The boarding house park is a continuation of the famous Vorontsov Park, and the buildings were built simultaneously with the development of the estate of Count Mikhail Vorontsov. There, in Alupka, the “Dream by the Sea” apartments will be put up for auction, and in the center of Yalta, a large boarding house “Sevastopol” with its own park.

In Simferopol, a building in the city center on the corner of the streets named after them came under privatization. Gorky and them. Pushkin. Now it houses a jewelry store.
