Kuzmin himself announced this on his social network page.

“Not only did he not initiate a criminal case, he (Vasily Gritsak - Ed) did not even send me an answer within the established time frame. This is not surprising. He's scared. He was afraid of the president's wrath and was fired from his position as a bread earner. I’m generally silent about the officer’s honor... All this is disgusting,” writes the ex-prosecutor.

However, Renat Kuzmin intends to force Gritsak to comply with the law through the courts.

“My complaint about the unlawful actions of the chairman of the SBU, who covers up state criminals, is already in court. I will definitely inform you about the results of the review. I am sure that Gritsak himself will be held criminally liable for deliberately concealing a serious state crime from being recorded. Everything has its time,” he assures.

Kuzmin said that the hearing on his complaint will take place in the Shevchenkovsky Court of Kyiv on 06.02.2017/10/30, 31:XNUMX. Judge Trubnikov, st. Degtyarevskaya XNUMX-A.
