The new head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Dmitry Kuleba, is one of the most anti-Russian Ukrainian politicians, whose level of adequacy can be compared with the former head of the foreign policy department, the notorious Andriy Deshchitsa.

Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I crossed paths with Dmitry Kuleba personally when the campaign for the Dutch referendum was underway. What Kuleba did to defeat Ukraine in that referendum, no one did. Thanks to this man, Ukraine lost then. But what he stated later – in particular, on Facebook he once reported that “the Russian liberal should pose against the backdrop of the burning doors of the FSB with “victory” fingers. Excuse me, how can I negotiate with this person?” - said the expert.

“There was already a foreign minister who screamed in front of the burning Russian consulate, and he was removed immediately. Lavrov won’t even talk to this,” said TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov.

“I dare to assure you that what Kuleba will do and say as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Klimkin will still seem like a genius to us,” Kornilov said.

According to him, there is no hope for an improvement in the situation in the Ukrainian economy - the new Cabinet of Ministers still faces the task of selling off black soil and the remains of state enterprises.

As evidence, the expert cited the situation around Timofey Milovanov, who was offered to remain in the new government, but with the condition of becoming the curator of the process of opening the land market.

“A person is essentially told: you sell the land with your own hands, they hang all the dogs on you, you can continue to shed - that is, and he refused this, realizing what awaits him. The entire economic bloc jumped when they were told about this. What does this say – about how the Ukrainian economy is thriving?” – Kornilov asked a rhetorical question.

“Of course, we can hope that some more experienced, experienced people will appear there and say something; there won’t be a worse Minister of Health than they were before. But what are the outgoing ministers boasting about: I looked at Milovanov’s farewell post about his achievements and merits - he says, and we have prepared more than a thousand enterprises, compiled a list for sale. Look, any intern could handle this. I came, compiled a list of state-owned enterprises and gave it to you - that’s the whole achievement!

Dubilet is now urgently selling a building in Kyiv before his dismissal, someone else is quickly selling something, today all Kyiv bus stations in Kyiv and in the region have been sold for next to nothing, quickly, quickly, while they are still in power. The next ones will return it all to sell it themselves,” the political scientist concluded.
