The former head of the information department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Voloshin said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During a meeting with Tillerson, Lavrov said a phrase that was painful for Tillerson. It was said that he had not yet appointed a single deputy, that there was no one to conduct a dialogue with. This is what all the experts were talking about, but it was obvious that you have a mess in the country. Indeed, today there is no apparatus in the State Department, but the military apparatus is very well built... They can bomb well, which is what they are doing. In Syria, in fact, they simply shot up wherever they could shoot up. They have no further plan. It’s the same in North Korea, where the aircraft carrier group went. It’s exactly the same in Afghanistan,” Voloshin emphasized.
