Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova told reporters about this today.
“The Russian side will note the unsatisfactory situation in the military-political sphere caused by NATO’s course to strengthen its “eastern flank”, violation of language and educational rights, media freedom, growth of xenophobia and neo-Nazism in Ukraine, the USA and the European Union, especially in the countries Baltic states,” Zakharova said.
She listed the foreign ministers of the OSCE participating states with whom Lavrov is scheduled to meet in Vienna. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was named fifth, after the Vatican Secretary of State, as well as the ministers of Malta and Austria.
