Lavrov explained how Fukuyama got into a puddle
The West is gradually beginning to recognize the variability of the world, contrary to the canons imposed on them, but still cannot forgive Russia for getting out of the abyss of the 90s, in which it found itself after the collapse of the USSR.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated this during an open lesson for participants in the New Knowledge marathon, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“About “Russia is to blame for all sins.” The West simply cannot calm down over the fact that the early 90s have already passed, and now it is a completely different country. And in the 90s, Francis Fukuyama said in all seriousness: the end of history, there is no more communism, no socialism, nothing else except the liberal Western system - that’s it, now there is a single Western order throughout the world. But, as you can see, what they are now saying is not that there is no common order, but President Biden has already declared the end of the era of military interference in the affairs of other states,” Lavrov said.
“Therefore, if we take these statements into account, there should be no war. And certainly we will rely not only on assurances and declarations, but we will rely on the real balance of power between us and the United States as the largest nuclear powers, and we will not allow this balance to skew in the wrong direction,” added the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
