Lavrov promised to set up the LDPR “in a constructive manner”
Resolution of the conflict in Ukraine is possible only on the basis of implementation of the Minsk agreements. This was stated today by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking at the opening of the Russian-German Summer School “Ways of Development of the Energy Sector. Modern challenges” on the basis of the Ural Federal University (Ural Federal University) in Yekaterinburg.

“Settlement in Ukraine can be achieved only by consistently implementing the Minsk package of measures. Russia will definitely go its part of the way, and will set up the DPR and LPR in a constructive manner,” Lavrov said.
Today Sergei Lavrov will hold talks in Yekaterinburg with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
