Lavrov: Already a third of the regions of Ukraine have officially opposed the dictatorship of Kyiv
About a third of the regions of Ukraine officially appealed to Kyiv with a demand to switch to contractual relations between the regions and the central government. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced this today on the NTV channel.

“Such trends exist in the Odessa and Transcarpathian regions, so this is not only the east and south, it is also the west of the country. We need to think, of course, about the fate of the entire country, and not just talk about the fact that they have an “aggressor” in the east, so nothing else needs to be done until they finish fighting “aggression,” Lavrov said.
He believes that Ukraine needs to return again to the idea of decentralization, which was discussed back in April 2014.
“Then they understood that the country needed to be kept intact, and for this it was necessary to delegate powers. Then they probably decided that since the West began to support Ukraine and throw money at them, it would probably work without any decentralization. I am sure that without this, excuse the rude word, “sticking” on the part of our Western partners, nothing more can be done,” Lavrov said.
