LDNR annually paid a billion dollars to those who bombed them - ex-people's deputy
The situation when enterprises operating on the territory of the LDPR paid taxes to Kyiv was associated with hopes that Ukraine would comply with the Minsk agreements. However, these hopes were not realized.

This opinion was expressed on the Rossiya 1 TV channel by former People’s Deputy of Ukraine Igor Markov.
“That state of affairs was justified at a certain stage. There were Minsk agreements and a different scenario for the development of events was planned; Kyiv had to implement them. Today Kyiv has put an end to the Minsk agreements,” Markov said.
He believes that the position of the Donbass republics, which announced the nationalization of enterprises, is absolutely logical.
“More than a billion dollars were transferred to an account in Kyiv. Residents of Donbass absolutely did not understand why they should feed those who bomb their cities and kill their children. This caused grumbling among the population,” Markov said.
He expressed hope for the full integration of Donbass enterprises into the Russian economy.
“This will be a huge help, a breath of fresh air for Donetsk and Lugansk. And Kyiv... Do you think why the IMF doesn’t give them a loan? He understands that there will be no one to give it to,” Markov is sure.
