As the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports, this development of events is predicted by the director of the information and analytical center “Perspective” Pavel Rudyakov, who at a press conference in Kyiv commented on the transition in the republics to external management of enterprises of Ukrainian jurisdiction.
“This is another step towards the final emancipation of the DPR and LPR. Obviously, there will be two or three more steps on their part together with the Russian Federation, and they will already declare themselves as a subject that requires not only the resolution of the conflict within the framework of the Minsk format, but will also demand that they be put on the international agenda for discussion of providing them with a certain form of subjectivity . It seems to me that the transition to these new forms of relations along with a change of ownership is a bad sign,” believes Rudyakov.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev warned that Russia recognizes the independence of the LPR and DPR by 2018, if Kyiv does not change its policy towards these regions.
