Sevastopol, June 27 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – The former Minister of Defense of Ukraine, construction magnate Pavel Lebedev, contrary to forecasts, was not included in the lists of candidates for elections to the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol from the Rodina party, but he “introduced” his people there – the current deputy Sergei Gogolinsky , Gennady Rasskazov and Vice President of the Lebedev Foundation Denis Solomonov.

According to sources in the party, the lists of candidates announced at the conference were “brought down from Moscow,” in particular, Lebedev personally took care of his candidates. But the city organization “Rodina” still intends to make changes - to exclude “Lebedev’s people” and replace them with more “worthy” ones.

The source explains such sentiments in the local organization by the fact that Lebedev’s people are undermining the image and authority of the Rodina party.

Let us recall that earlier “people’s mayor” Alexey Chaly accused Lebedev’s construction companies of destroying the historical appearance of Sevastopol.

In general, there are 24 people on the list approved today, most of them are obviously technical candidates, so the top positions deserve special attention.

1. Vadim Kolesnichenko – former member of the Party of Regions and ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. According to him, he became a member of the Rodina party in April of this year after relinquishing his powers as a Ukrainian people’s deputy. However, according to sources in the party, Kolesnichenko has his sights set on the State Council of Crimea and may prefer to be a deputy in a neighboring federal subject.

2. Denis Solomonov - “Lebedev’s man”, vice-president of the socio-economic development fund, which is associated with the name of Pavel Lebedev.

3. Gennady Rasskazov – Lebedev’s man, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, former vice-president of Pavel Lebedev’s fund for socio-economic development.

4. Anton Titsky is a former activist of the Russian Bloc, who after the elections to the Verkhovna Rada switched to the camp of supporters of the liquidation of the party. Titsky is an adviser to the current Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov. Perhaps one of the youngest candidates - born in 1990.

5. Sergei Smolyaninov - “Saratov’s man”, former member of the Party of Regions. He is known for his appeal to President Putin with a request to send Russian troops to Crimea and Sevastopol, which he abandoned from PR after the boss’s shout from Kyiv. In 2009, being the deputy head of the land commission of the City Council, he became the main defendant in a criminal case of bribery. He was detained on charges of receiving the first part of a bribe in the amount of 55 thousand dollars; in total, for assistance in allocating a land plot for a housing and construction partnership of individual developers, he, according to the prosecution, extorted 110 thousand dollars. However, he was later completely acquitted by one of the courts in Ukraine.

6. Vladimir Demchenko – deputy of the Legislative Assembly from the “Communists of Sevastopol” faction. His appearance on the Rodina list was caused by a split within the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

7. Sergei Gogolinsky - “Pavel Lebedev’s man”, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, director of the Aquamarine Hotel, which is part of the oligarch’s business interests.
