This opinion was expressed by French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault, RIA Novosti reports.
“The minister stated that fighting in Ukraine, unfortunately, has resumed. Currently, the situation is deadlock, and both the separatists and the Ukrainian government are responsible for this,” French government spokesman Stephane Le Fol quoted the head of the French Foreign Ministry as saying.
Let us remind you that this is not the first case demonstrating a change in the assessments of EU officials not in favor of the Kyiv regime. Previously, the EU’s position was unilaterally anti-Russian and completely pro-Kiev.
