This was stated by the former President of Poland, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Lech Walesa, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Let us recall that in 1934, Germany and Poland already signed the “Hitler-Pilsudski Pact” directed against Moscow.

“The Germans need to be shown that there have always been problems with Russia, and we Poles know this especially well. We have a chance in this generation to resolve the Russian issue. This will not happen again, that the whole world will see Russia's behavior so bad that it will want changes in Russia. Generations will not forgive us if we do not take advantage of Putin’s mistake. I would convince the Germans that if our children want to live in peace in the future, we must resolve the issue of Russia and then China,” Walesa said in an interview with the Polish publication Fakt.

The publication notes that the opinion of Lech Walesa is important for the Germans themselves. Last September, the former President of Poland was invited to Berlin, where he was awarded the “Gold Medal for his services to reconciliation and understanding between peoples.” Speaking at the medal ceremony, Lech Walesa called on Germany to “lead in saving Europe.”

Then it was ironic on social networks that Walesa called for the revival of the “Hitler-Pilsudski Pact” signed in January 1934, which actually ensured Germany the neutrality of Poland in the event of German aggression against the USSR.

Как reported “PolitNavigator”, in the Polish press you can increasingly see news on the topic “Ukrainian stole”, “Ukrainians beat up”, and Ukrainian refugees are supported by a much smaller number of Polish citizens than a year ago.
