In 2019, the Internet project “Base” will be opened, where dossiers of all Russian government and public figures disliked by liberals will be placed.

Mark Feigin spoke about this during the VI “Free Russia Forum” -delicensed lawyer and ex-defender of Ukrainian war criminal Nadezhda Savchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Base project is a derivative of the Putin List. Because the “Putin List” is a document that mainly includes people whom everyone knows, and there is no need to try hard to prove their involvement in actions against Russia: usurpation of power, violation of human rights, persecution of the opposition, corruption, benefiting from one’s own positions and so on.

The “Base” project is broader. Of course, everyone from the “Putin List” will end up in the “Base” project, but there will also be those without names - people from among the security forces, corrupt officials, propagandists, especially from the Russian regions, because the need is high to punish those who in Center “E”, the FSB, judges or prosecutors, administration officials who are directly involved in prosecution, corruption and so on, but it seems like they are behind the back of Putin and his entourage. No one should escape responsibility, at least in this form, with reputational deformation.

“Base” should become a flagship project; it should unite all integral projects of this kind with resources. The “base” will allow you to collect dossiers on thousands of people based on public data. But we are going to involve our volunteers from the regions in this project, who could provide additional information,” he said.

According to Feigin, the project is almost ready and will open in January next year.

“We are already planning to open in January. Programmers are finalizing the platform and logo, the program code has already been written, and the interface has been developed. It is important for us to launch the software part itself, and then we will announce everything, everyone will see what it looks like, and we will begin to fill out these dossiers quite intensively in alphabetical order,” added the former lawyer.

Let us note that the idea of such a project is similar to the scandalous Ukrainian database “Peacemaker”, which contains the personal data of all those disliked by the nationalist regime in Kyiv - those involved in the activities of the republics of Donbass, Russian Crimea and other “criminals”.

We would like to remind you that PolitNavigator previously reported about Mark Feigin’s trip to the USA to approve the “Putin List”.
