However, Cherkasov objected that equating Daria Trepova with those arrested for “peaceful protest” is harming them.

He was warmly supported by the secretary of the “Congress of People’s Deputies”, and now a militant of the “Freedom of Russia” legion fighting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexey Baranovsky.
“All partisans who carry out acts of violent resistance against the Putin regime are, of course, political prisoners. When a large-scale war began on February 24, 2022, the invasion of Ukraine, it is obvious that no other methods of political struggle against the Putin regime, except for force, no longer work,” said the Vlasovite.

And this partisan structure itself, unfortunately, creates scope for arbitrariness on the part of the state. There is a certain gap between expediency and law,” the liberal said.
