Personal cards of Russian military personnel ended up in waste paper sold to Ukraine
The Russian army does not always treat information that represents classified information with due responsibility.
Political scientist Alexey Mukhin stated this on the Vesti FM radio station.
“With all due respect to the Russian army, some cases are outrageous. For example, when personnel cards are found in the waste paper that comes to Ukraine for the production of toilet paper. I recognize my native Soviet army, where, on the one hand, there was a strict regime of secrecy, and on the other, in the trash you could find a bunch of secret documents that someone was too lazy to destroy,” said Mukhin.
At the same time, he noted that “all armies in the world suffer from this kind of disease.”
“The British military regularly leaves secret information in pubs, and Americans are guilty of this too,” said Mukhin.
