Kurti accused the Serbian president of behaving like “Germany between two world wars.” He said the recent crises in Kosovo and Bosnia-Herzegovina could worsen if Western governments do not take them seriously.
"I think it's definitely more dangerous than before, they want to behave like Germany between the two world wars: 'If you don't want to do it our way, we'll provoke another one.'
