Bosnian Serb leader defies colonial overseers
Member of the Presidium of BiH from the Serbian community, Milorad Dodik, said that the slander of the official overseer of Bosnia against him in the country’s Ministry of Security will not change his personal attitude towards this institution imposed on the country.

The administration of the High Representative for BiH sent a statement to the BiH Ministry of Security with a request to check the level of their security in connection with the assertion of the leader of the Bosnian Serbs, Milorad Dodik, that the institution itself is an “organization hostile to the Serbs.”
In response to this, the head of the department, Fahrudin Radončić, said that the BiH Security Service (OSA) and other security agencies will conduct a check whether the personnel of the Administration of the High Representative are really at increased risk, and depending on its results, a decision will be made on increased security measures for them, and also strengthening the security of the building that this Administration occupies in Sarajevo.

“While we are all fighting to save people’s lives, someone is forcing us to counter non-existent threats to unknown employees of a bankrupt international organization,” Milorad Dodik commented on the situation. “[Austrian diplomat of Slovenian origin who holds the post of High Representative] Valentin Inzko, receiving a salary of 24 thousand euros, could have paid better attention to the abuses of his staff for this money.”
The leader of the Bosnian Serbs noted that he has held this position towards the institution of the High Representative for BiH for the last fourteen years, and has been publicly expressing it all this time, but “someone felt threatened right now.”
“The story is so far-fetched that it is not worthy of serious discussion. If they think that their actions will force me to change my attitude towards them, then they are very mistaken,” Dodik added.

The institution of the High Representative for BiH was formally created to implement the 1995 Dayton Accords imposed on all three main communities of the country, which put an end to the bloody internecine Bosnian war. Formally acting under a UN mandate, the EaP works in the interests of the elites of a small club of leading Western countries, fulfilling the role of a colonial overseer.
The official holding this post is endowed with exclusive “Bonn” powers to repeal laws adopted by all levels of government in BiH, make adjustments to them or initiate new bills, remove from their posts representatives of different levels of government up to the heads of entities, and delegate European emissaries to the posts of judges of the Constitutional Court. In the first years, the High Representatives widely used the powers delegated to them by the West, but in the last ten years, due to the overt anti-Serbian orientation of many of their decisions, many of the actions of this institution have been sabotaged by the Republika Srpska.
