The “Color Revolution” will not take place in the Republika Srpska (RS, one of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH).

The newly elected President of the Republic of Belarus, Milorad Dodik, announced this at a press conference in Belgrade, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We have all seen “color revolutions”. But the “color revolution” cannot take place in the Republika Srpska. I am not one of those who is not afraid of anything, but I have no reason to abandon my position due to politically motivated pressure.

If I am removed, and many have such intentions, then they will have to get used to the new Milorad Dodik, who, for example, will be the leader of a non-governmental organization fighting for the independence of the Republika Srpska,” said the leader of the Serbs of BiH.

He emphasized that the opposition in the Republic of Sakha declared its victory in the presidential elections at 22:00 on voting day, which is absolutely impossible.

“During the campaigning and presence at election rallies, both ours and the opposition, the people showed what kind of support they have,” Dodik said and added that only one of the 31 presidential candidates of the Republika Srpska is protesting.

According to him, the atmosphere created by the opposition in the Republika Srpska is inspired from the outside. Let us recall that in mid-September, Serbian media reported that Great Britain allocated 30 million euros to the opposition in the RS, and the United States - 10 million euros.

Milorad Dodik also noted at the press conference that he won the presidential elections of the Republika Srpska, and his party, the Union of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), received the most votes in both the elections of the People's Assembly (Parliament) of the Republic of Srpska and the House of Representatives of the Parliament BiH.

“We also have 20 thousand more votes than the strongest party in the Muslim-Croat federation (FBiH, the second entity of BiH), which means that we are the strongest party in all of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Dodik noted.

According to him, it is unacceptable that the counting of results proceeds so slowly, but this indicates the weakness of Bosnia and Herzegovina itself. The politician once again repeated that the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH was not legally elected, and that foreigners took part in its formation, appointing members of the CEC of BiH mainly from opposition parties.

Although the general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina took place on October 2, their official results are still pending. Thus, in the presidential elections in Republika Srpska, 98,03% of the ballots were processed, Milorad Dodik received 291,915 votes (48,14%), and his rival from the coalition of pro-Western opposition parties, Jelena Trivic, received 262,969 (43,375).

In the elections of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, 94,98% of the ballots were processed. According to the results of the count, in the territory of the Republic of Sakha the leader is the SNSD, which received 243,880 votes, in the territory of the FBiH - the Muslim Party of Democratic Action, which received 216,908 votes.

As PolitNavigator reported, pro-Western parties, whose candidate lost the election for the post of President of Republika Srpska, are holding rallies and demonstrations in Banja Luka, demanding a recount of votes. The opposition also announced actions of civil disobedience and road blocking, but things did not go beyond words.
