-Spider, you have repeatedly put forward your candidacy for mayor of various Russian cities - Moscow, Khimki, and Novosibirsk. In our Crimea, after the Russian Spring, passions constantly boiled over the governor of Sevastopol. If Putin appointed you as the head of this city, what three things would you immediately do there?

-(laughs loudly) Ahahahaha... Putin probably would hardly have appointed me governor of Sevastopol, but it would have been possible to appoint me mayor of Yalta or Gurzuf. Come on, I’ll come up with something cool right now, and you call me back in 10-15 minutes, for example. OK?

I'll call you in 15 minutes

in_article_60560964a1

-Well, what, did you come up with it?

-You understand, even if Putin appointed me governor of Sevastopol, I would have to refuse this, for example, because Sevastopol is like Severodvinsk, for example, or Baltiysk, this city is purely dedicated to naval Vasyuki, so especially You won’t have to fantasize about your affairs there, for example.

You can launch some fancy airships, but spies can use them, for example, to spy on ships, for example, from above, for example. Therefore, there will still be no tourism in Sevastopol in the near future.

In the Soviet Union, Sevastopol was a closed city, for example. Only local people or Muscovites, for example, were allowed in there. My dad worked in the Central Committee of the CPSU, for example, and had a Moscow residence permit, and in the 80s we went there with hippies and had a blast, for example.

-Can you remember how crazy you were then?

- Well, how. In 86, for example, you walked through Sevastopol, everyone with tape recorders. You turn on AC/DC, Metallica, Judas Priest, for example, to the fullest. Metal fans from Belarus and Kyiv often visited Sevastopol with us. They were arrested and taken to the cops, and we, Muscovites, could safely go on walks.

-How did local residents and local authorities treat you then? Were you welcoming or, on the contrary, reprimanded?

-On the one hand, in the late 80s there was a different attitude, for example... It was one country - the USSR, and no one cared about the mythical territorial division: whether Crimea was part of Ukraine or the RSFSR. Nobody cared. Everyone spoke the same language, there was the same money, the same rules and all that stuff, for example.

During the times of Ukraine, we quietly gave concerts in the mid-90s. There were two or three “Iron Marches” in Crimea, which we carried out with the goal of annexing the peninsula to Russia, for example. We calmly talked about it on stage, and no one arrested us.

And at the same time, we gave a lot of concerts in Ukraine, both in Lvov and Kyiv, and in Donetsk and Lugansk. Although in 2009, if I’m not mistaken, we gave a concert in Sevastopol in connection with the departure of the cruiser Moskva to sea, and the local authorities tried to ban this concert.

-And under what pretext?

-Not under what name - just. Simple and that's it. Pressure was put on the local club where we rented a hall.

pauk

-Didn’t you collaborate with the local Sevastopol branch of the Night Wolves?

-In the late 80s, Night Wolves played a big role in the counterculture. When, during Perestroika, certain political forces organized the Luber movement (it was created in the town of Lyubertsy near Moscow; The movement included jocks and hooligans from the Moscow region who went to Moscow to catch hippies, cut their hair and beat them - approx. ed.), then there were always fights at the concerts, the Solntsevskys came (bandits from the town of Solntsevo near Moscow - approx. ed.), to dampen the informal movement, for example, which could contribute to Perestroika and so on.

And the “Night Wolves” have always participated in the protection of these events and in grandiose massacres, for example. Naturally, when everything changed in the early 90s, for example, Lyubertsy became the roof of “Metal Corrosion”. They themselves began to perform security functions and provide protection for all heavy rock, for example.

We had a short collaboration with the Night Wolves - some performances at a bike show. And now our paths have diverged.

-Okay, you wouldn’t have been appointed governor of Sevastopol, but if one of the ships of the Russian Black Sea squadron stationed in Sevastopol had been named after you - “Sergei “Spider” Troitsky”, then in what naval battles would it have participated, for example, if would it depend on you to which shores to send him?

-It is desirable that in all of them. Among my friends there are a lot of powerful scientists and unrecognized geniuses, whose developments are often ignored by the military and political leadership. Of course, we could equip this ship in the most fashionable way and try to capture some territory. In Africa, for example. For example, where the Somali pirates operate. These stupid natives are running around there, they still don’t have any weapons. And a reason could be invented - protecting Africa from ISIS, for example. Russia could do this by wildly killing all these problematic dudes.

-What don’t you like about today’s Crimea?

-Not only me, but also many Muscovites do not like the extreme high prices. To avoid this, Crimea needs to follow the example of Turkey, for example. What do you think, Türkiye and the Kurds are fighting each other? This is all a picture for TV. They, in fact, launder money together, and then invest this money in Turkish hotels, and they don’t care whether these hotels then make money or not. The main thing is to launder money. So Crimea should do the same: build a lot of hotels using the money that was laundered. Then everything will be cheap.

But those who are used to traveling to Egypt and Turkey, due to the fact that now it is forbidden to travel there, will travel to Crimea. They will now know where it is, because half of those from Russia do not understand geography. They don’t know where Crimea is, where Kaliningrad is. They talk about Crimea on TV all the time, but it seems to them that Sevastopol is located on Sakhalin. So you walk down the street and ask to show Sevastopol on the map, every second person will point it at you on Sakhalin.

Tourist traffic can be increased by organizing grand festivals, for example. It is necessary to create total tent cities for young people; to set up a tent, it should cost 10 rubles a day, for example. The flow of tourists would increase, and Crimea and Sevastopol would become the summer cultural capital of Russia, for example. There needs to be a lot of film studios and television centers operating here.

But I think this is unlikely to happen, because in many structures the stupidest people work, for example, the stupidest cretins.

Back in 2012, with the former Minister of Crimea for resorts Alexander Liev, we traveled around the entire coast, talked with all the mayors of coastal cities, but what happened then and what now - practically nothing has changed.

In 2015, on behalf of the State Duma, we conducted a secret inspection tour of all Crimean cities - Yalta, Alushta, Gurzuf and others, but the officials there, as stupid as they were, remained so, for example.

There are a lot of half-empty cafes, eateries, and stalls on the embankments. Yes, you give all these establishments to some Moscow companies for free, so that some writers and musicians can come there. In Moscow alone there are only about twenty thousand groups that are willing to perform for free, only for food. But no one wants to do this.

Understand, the sun, the sea, the mountains - you only like all this for three days. But if something cool happens in your personal life, some kind of romance develops, then you start to like the sun, sea and mountains again, they emphasize the beauty of this whole situation. And if there are no chicks, no youth, no flirting, nature alone cannot work to its advantage.

-There are many refugees from Ukraine in Sevastopol and Crimea. Is there anything that needs to be done so that they can receive a residence permit and Russian citizenship using a simplified scheme?

- Of course, we have already talked about this a hundred times. But in the State Duma, for example, only stupid people work. Their task is to deceive Putin, for example. They can only come up with laws that worsen human life. This is the generation that, in general, saw Brezhnev, for example. That’s why they make laws that don’t allow something, but on the contrary, make something worse. They think Putin likes it. They think that by accepting all this, Putin will not shoot them or set the Investigative Committee on them for commercial activities.

That’s why our former drummer, Andrei “Dancer,” was taken to serve in the Azov battalion, for example? When this ATO began in Donbass, I told the deputies: you will cancel these old carts, on which citizens of Ukraine must travel back to their homeland every three months in order to check in at the border.

So Andrei went to his place in Rovno to cross the border and return back, but as soon as he took a step into the apartment, the military registration and enlistment services seized him and forced him into the army.

I had to call Yarosh in “Azov” so that they would take him to the music platoon there so that he wouldn’t end up in the army. That’s why he is now alive and well, now in Moscow, and not rotting in the ground in Debaltsevo.
