Residents of Lugansk, Krasnodon, Stakhanov, Bryanka, Rovenky, Perevalsk, Pervomaisk, Sverdlovsk, Lutugino and Alchevsk received mayors. Candidates for acting heads have been approved in Krasny Luch and Anthracite.
According to Plotnitsky, the positions of first managers went to managers with extensive experience and young specialists who did not have similar experience before, but got the opportunity to prove themselves in the future.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, in Donetsk, instead of Mayor Alexander Lukyanchenko, the leadership of the DPR appointed Igor Martynov.
