Davidchenko stated this at a press conference at the Rossiya Segodnya news agency, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Our goal is to constantly demand that the world community recognize this fact as genocide. Crimes of such a nature as in Donbass and Odessa have no statute of limitations, and it is our task to achieve recognition from the world community. If, together with Russia, we manage to file lawsuits with the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and win them, recognize it as genocide, then we can ensure that the people who organized this are convicted, because these are the people who are now going to the Verkhovna Rada ", said Davidchenko.
The Anti-Maidan leader also noted that if he loses, the ECHR’s decisions will show “the whole world that the international legal system does not work” and announced a memorial action would be held in Odessa on November 2.
“We will go to the square and organize the “Light a Candle of Memory” campaign. Because those people who died are also a symbol of the struggle. These are the people who did not break, and their feat will be appreciated by everyone over time,” the activist believes.
As PolitNavigator reported, Today, a shocking recording became available to the public, according to which State Emergency Service dispatchers did not receive calls about a fire in the House of Trade Unions on May 2.
