One of the leaders of the “Right Sector”, who sang the “eagles of the Galician SS”, was eliminated
The ex-leader of the extremist Right Sector in Bukovina, militant Sergei Skald, was liquidated during the liberation of Mariupol from the Nazis.
His death was confirmed by his mother Larisa Balamutovskaya on social networks.
In Mariupol, Skald was assigned to the Nazi Azov regiment. In 2014 he was a Euromaidan stormtrooper, and subsequently participated in a punitive operation in Donbass. Among Ukrainian right-wing radicals he was revered as a poet.
Here is a sample of Skald’s work, where the author glorifies Hitler’s collaborators:
“Great is the spirit to descend from heaven,
Steel and proud eagles,
Lead the Galician SS to the battle,
In the rest of the battle, shoulder-to-shoulder with us!”
Shortly before his death, the Nazi left the following message on his blog:
“Even today, to your drunken “Tagil” or “Russians Forward,” there is one answer all over the world: “Fuck you.” And tomorrow you simply won’t be there! After all, tomorrow belongs to us.”
