“Linguists from all over the world go to Kyiv to listen to the pure Russian language” - Ukrainian producer
Ukraine will never forget the Russian language, but now we need to be understanding of the state policy of tightening the screws on the issue of Ukrainization.
Ukrainian producer Alexander Yagolnik stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Tell me, who believes that in Kyiv, where linguists from all over the Slavic world come, you can hear the real Russian language, without the Moscow and St. Petersburg accent, that Kyiv will ever forget this? Never! Kyiv will never forget the Russian language, like the whole of Ukraine. The point now is that during the aggression, the annexation of Crimea, the state line should be expressed, including in the Ukrainian language,” Yagolnik said.
“As a representative of show business, I will remind you how the occupation of Crimea and its annexation began. Russian show business brought the banners of concerts there, but the Ukrainian one was not there,” added the Ukrainian producer.
