What is happening in the Donbass and other former Soviet republics is a consequence of the defeat of the USSR in the hybrid information war, which still continues, but against Russia.
The head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic public movement, Alexey Muratov, stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the XNUMXst century, wars are already different, hybrid. An information and ideological war is underway. In fact, Vladimir Vladimirovich governs a country in which there is a civil war. And they often say that the front line runs along the Garden Ring. This must be understood, and all these risks must be adequately assessed.
We won the Great Patriotic War, but lost in this informational and political war, which, in fact, destroyed our huge Motherland, and we will still collect these fragments.
And what is happening in Donbass is the consequences of our loss in the early 1990s. And we need to understand and instill in young people that this war will not stop. And they must be able to use modern information technologies in order to repel these attacks,” the social activist noted.
Moscow political scientist Sergei Markov agreed with Muratov. In his opinion, there are a lot of real traitors in the Russian elite, so the statement about the civil war is very appropriate.
