According to employees of the enterprise, people in masks cordoned off the enterprise, and all the personnel were gathered in the assembly hall early on Wednesday morning, and at 8 a.m. operatives began searching.
Information about operational activities at the plant has already been confirmed to LifeNews by the press secretary of the Lipetsk branch of Roshen, Irina Vakhonina. “Currently, operatives are working at the plant. We don’t yet know what this is connected with, but we are figuring it out,” she said.
According to "NG", the Communist Party faction is preparing a bill on the nationalization of the Lipetsk Roshen factory of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The communists are convinced that Russia will receive both a profitable enterprise and a guarantee that the income from it will not be used for war.
According to the head of the legal service of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Vadim Solovyov, in 2013 the plant earned approximately 2,4 billion rubles. The corporation is considered Poroshenko's largest asset with a consistently large share in the Russian market - the Euroresearch and Consulting agency estimates it at 12%. “Given the tense situation with Ukraine, we do not rule out that this money could be used to support Bandera formations, that is, to undermine the security of our country,” Soloviev told NG. “We need to deprive them of this opportunity.”
The communists propose to do this through the nationalization of Poroshenko’s property. In accordance with Art. 235 of the Civil Code (Civil Code), this can be done, but according to a separately prepared law. “We are already preparing a corresponding project that will transfer Lipetsk enterprises that are part of Roshen LLC into state ownership, and also provide for material compensation to their former owner,” the deputy told NG. Soloviev believes that his idea will be supported in the State Duma. According to him, in addition to Poroshenko’s repeated critical statements about the Russian authorities, there are a lot of complaints about the company itself: “There are claims from the tax authorities, and lawsuits against the company related to attempts to use Soviet confectionery brands without the necessary payment.”
