A retired Lithuanian politician was appointed to oversee Ukroboronprom
The Lithuanian ex-minister and former Minister of Economic Development of Ukraine Aivaras Abromavicius was appointed a member of the supervisory board of the state concern Ukroboronprom, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in Presidential Decree No. 402 of Vladimir Zelensky dated June 12.
“To appoint Abromavicius Aivaras as a member of the supervisory board of the state concern Ukroboronprom (by consent),” the decree says.
The decree also states that due to the expiration of the term of office of members of the supervisory board of Ukroboronprom Yaroslav Skalko and Igor Cherkassky, paragraphs about them are excluded from the decree “On members of the supervisory board of the State Concern Ukroboronprom.”
This decree comes into force from the day of its publication.
The head of the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom at the moment remains the rector of NTUU “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after. Igor Sikorsky" Mikhail Zgurovsky.
