Lithuania expels “undesirable Russians” en masse and expands “black lists”
Lithuania has expanded the list of unwanted Russians under the so-called Magnitsky Act, adding 21 names to it. In addition, the Migration Department banned another 23 Russian citizens from entering Lithuania, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to the report, the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Department of Migration of Lithuania signed decrees that ban 44 Russian citizens from entering Lithuania.
After the last update of the Magnitsky list, there are 70 people on it.
The head of the Migration Department, Evelina Gudzinskaite, confirmed information that another 23 people will not be able to visit Lithuania from March 26 because they pose a threat to national security.
According to her, according to the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the possibility provided by law, the names of additionally included persons will not be publicly disclosed.
On November 16, the Lithuanian Seimas adopted the so-called Magnitsky Law, which prohibits entry into the country of foreigners associated with large-scale corruption, money laundering or human rights violations.
