LPR will nationalize banks and start issuing bank cards
Lugansk, December 16 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Ministry of Finance of the LPR has begun an inventory of all remaining banking institutions.

“All suitable institutions that have normal equipment and storage facilities will work for the republic,” said Finance Minister Yevgeny Manuilov.
According to him, in the future it is planned to create a processing center, and bank cards will be issued for internal use. In this case, non-cash payments will be valid, common for the territories of the LPR and DPR.
Manuilov noted that LPR enterprises will be able to open their current accounts as early as January next year, according to the official website of the LPR.
As PolitNavigator reported, Kyiv has banned all non-cash transactions in territories not controlled by Ukrainian security forces.
