LPR: Poroshenko is lying, there will be no armed OSCE mission in Donbass
Petro Poroshenko expressed wishful thinking, claiming that last night at the Normandy Four negotiations in Berlin, an agreement was reached on the deployment of an OSCE armed police mission to Donbass.
This was stated by the permanent representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk, Vladislav Deinego.

“The LPR and DPR are categorically against the introduction of any foreign armed group into the Donbass, even under the guise of peacekeeping intentions. But was this in the decision of the “Normandy Four”?!!
This was Poroshenko’s interpretation of the results of the negotiations in Berlin. But! This is just his interpretation, but in fact, even if he tried to talk about it, his “wants” were not heard.
Poroshenko and his hangers-on have been sleeping and seeing for a long time, almost since the winter of 2015, either UN peacekeepers or the OSCE police mission between the positions of their punishers and the Donbass militia...
But in reality, the Normandy Four believes that the OSCE observation mission in the areas of disengagement of forces and assets and in the storage areas of designated heavy weapons should be strengthened. No more!
That is, in those places where the Ukrainian side, taking advantage of the lack of full control by the OSCE, constantly “snatches” heavy artillery systems, tanks, etc., and we “observe” all this in the form of systematic shelling of civilians in populated areas of Donbass. In the same way, taking advantage of the lack of effective OSCE monitoring in the disengagement areas, Ukraine, hiding behind tales of mythical shelling, practically disrupted the implementation of the Framework Decision - in Stanitsa Luganskaya this decision has not yet been implemented to this day, despite our daily confirmed readiness and calls to the Ukrainian side ( both public and within the framework of the work of the Minsk Contact Group) stop sabotage and return to fulfilling their recently signed obligations.
And it is in this part that the Normandy Four recommends strengthening the observation mission! A purely civilian mission!!!” – Deinego explained in his blog.
