LPR demands that Merkel and Hollande remember their important commitment to Donbass
France and Germany, under the Minsk agreements, pledged to resume the operation of the banking system in the Donbass republics, but this issue has not yet been resolved.
This was stated by the permanent representative of the LPR Vladislav Deinego at a meeting of the Committee for Support of the South-East of Ukraine, which took place today in Moscow at the Federation Council.

“Germany and France, within the framework of the Minsk process, assumed obligations to restore the banking system. First of all, for the payment of pensions and utility bills. This is precisely the component in the Minsk agreements, but it also defines the mechanism for Berlin’s participation in this process. Unfortunately, European countries have avoided solving this problem; Ukraine categorically does not solve it,” Deinego said.
